The best thing in your cup !
The higher the plantation the better the coffee quality. The ideal climate is between 1200 and 1600 meters above the sea level. It is exactly there that the coffee Regina highland is grown. The vulcanic ground and the slowly ripening of the fruits plus the correct altitude are the ideal conditions for obtaining good coffee. We are careful at which step from the diverse stages of the production. Finally, only the best beans deserve the label REGINA-BERGKAFFEE…
An exclusive coffee of first class
The coffee fruits or “cherries” are peeled off the day they are collected. The beans rest immediately on container to the fermentation. The experts supervise the fermentation process continuosly. The beans are always protected by an outer layer (parenchyma) that is taken off for a naturel process of washing and drying in the sun. This process is long and demanding but it is the only method that guarantees a good coffee; a first class coffee; a Regina coffee!
The beans will take its last natural protection, a parchment-like covering of the bean (endocarp) or parchment layer, right after the switch of containers. Those containers are specially covered and ventilated. Once it arrives, the coffee is tasted, classified and electronically checked for any problems with the color and potential faults.

The coffe is a natural product. It needs time, a lot of time… From the moment it starts to grow, during the fermentation, when it is drying and finally in the roasting. Because only a slow and traditional roating gives the maximum flavour to the coffee. We were the first to install a gas roasting machine, proving our advanced ecological point of view.
Variations of a rich theme. Everyday we roast and assemble our own coffee receipts called: La Perla Nera, Espresso, Punto, Gold Express, Export, Mocca… These mixes are adapted to the diverses taste but it has a common point: The rich flavour from the Highland caffee… the pure Arabica coffee

The Regina coffee is packaged right after roasting in particular bags specially adapted to its conservation. The freshness valve lets the gas come out without damage to the flavour. We adapt the products according to your needs and deliver to you through our own delivery service that can always offer you a product with quality and freshness.
